Overview
Creating, negotiating and managing contracts are an essential part of any business, regardless of its size. The course covers contract management as a comprehensive oversight process spanning from pre-award through completion, including execution, vendor selection, issue detection, tracking and processing. Participants explore how clause libraries and standardised templates can streamline contract negotiations while maintaining organisational alignment between budgets, capabilities and project objectives.

- Building a Document Management System in SharePoint, including metadata definition, content types and custom views

- Managing a DMS in SharePoint through alerts, sign-offs, reminders and rules
- Third-party vendor contract management systems covering workflow, document storage/tracking and clause libraries
