David Roylance

David is a former actor and theatre director who brings transformative stage tools into the boardroom, creating dramatic change in voice, body and mind so that his clients achieve their goals in business and in life. Born in Edinburgh, he trained professionally at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and worked with some of the most insightful people in world theatre, among his teachers the voice teacher Patsy Rodenburg, the Russian directors Vassilij Skorik and Evgeny Kamenkovich, Yukio Ninagawa and Sir Alec Guinness. After the arrival of his first child, David added training as a Certified NLP Practitioner to his skills and built a series of workshops and interventions for business leaders and owners large and small. As an associate of other companies he has worked with people on the boards of businesses including RBS, Standard Life, Barclays, Turner Entertainment, Aviva, Coutts and Reed Business Information.
