Overview
In our leadership development programmes, we not only develop good leaders but also drive behavioural change. This course teaches an easy-to-understand approach to leadership based on the Situational Leadership theory developed by Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard in the late 1960s. The theory posits that effective leaders adapt their style based on follower readiness and maturity levels.
Participants complete the Situational Leadership Inventory for self-assessment, identifying their own development areas within the model.
