Lemis Tuna Gulgun

Lemis is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Executive Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She also completed the CRR Global ORSC (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching) curriculum as a Team Coach. She has been delivering team coaching and leadership development programmes since 2019, with a style that engages participants at all levels and triggers behavioural change in the desired direction. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (2000), Lemis also holds an MBA in Management from the same institution (2002). She spent 22 years in the telecoms industry in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, the last six as Chief Business Officer at TurkNet, gaining a thorough understanding of designing business strategies in highly competitive and dynamic markets. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching and leadership, team coaching, change leadership, and creating a positive corporate culture.
